CEL Came On :(

Hey guys! So for the first time in about 3 years of owning the car the CEL can on a few days ago

. I had the code read by a local pep boys and they gave me an engine code P0401, EGR Flow Insufficient. It's a 97 SC 300. Any help is much appreciated.

Look up info on cleaning out the vacuum lines to and from the EGR components, as well as cleaning the filter on the EGR vacuum modulator.

Crack open the Exhaust gas recirculation vacuum modulator filter, it most likely has carbon buildup caking the filter and limiting air flow. Something to check.
