Default low oil level light help

ive searched but have not gotten any real answers. My sc400 low oil level light comes on every once in awhile and yes the oil level is fine. car runs and drives fun. Does it sound like a sensor issue? also is it still safe to drive the car?

If your oil level is truly fine then its likely your sensor or like in my sc300 i had a slight cut in my harness which was causing it

The level is fine. No leaks or anything like that. Must be the sensor then.

Sensor or your wire is grounding somewhere. The wire is a ground wire that sensor triggers when the oil is low.

Default '93 SC400 that the low oil pressure light comes on when revving

I have a '93 SC400 that the low oil pressure light comes on when revving the engine and stays on till I turn the car off. When I turn the car back on the light is off ... until I rev the engine again.
The light does not come on when idling.
I have changed the oil, the oil filter and oil pressure sensor and it still persists.
Also have changed out the spark plugs and wires.
Any ideas of what I should do next?
Thank you for any help!!

^sounds like you're screwed. I'd look for metal in the oil

OP, the low oil sensors suck and go bad. or for a car with a bunch of miles that's always ran conventional oil, they can coke up with carbon and stck sometimes. I wouldn't worry.

Is it the yellow oil can in the middle, or the smaller red one below the gas gage (if it's the latter stop driving the car)
