What's up guys. Been a while since I've posted.
I got my swap up and running. everything worked smoothly.
AND THEN A WILD MORON APPEARS
and totals my car, lol.
Long story short I was turning left out of my bank on to a 5 lane main road. there was traffic all the way up (left) of me and the light was red with no oncoming traffic. There was a lady that decided it was okay to come barrelling down the turn lane at an estimated 45 mph (speed limit) almost 400 yards before where she wanted to turn. I guess she thought "F this traffic, Oh hey! turn lane, I'll use it like a regular road!"
Best part was it was an enterprise truck WITH a representative in the truck.
Here's the bad news. It was considered a "no fault" because we both failed apparently. Her with unlawful use of a turn lane, and me with failing to yield.
Kind of pisses me off that I was even considered "at fault" I evaluated my situation and deemed I was able to pull out in to traffic. Even after telling the cop that... My insurance had to cover the accident... Leaving me car less.
All in all it's not so bad. Nothing I modified on the car was damaged. so basically just the chassis is gone.
Now I own this little gem: !993 Sandstone Beige SC400
Already have the kit to mount my 350Z 6spd to the 1UZ.

Haha, The frame rail saved the rim. Bent it like 8 inches from where it should be... I'd of been pissed if it got my brand new wheels.

Judging by the damage you were at fault bc you were not able to complete your left turn. If you were able to then the accident would be at the rear of your car and she would have been at fault. Even though she had used the left turn lane inappropriately, she still had the right of way.
Sorry to hear your misfortune.
