Default low oil light problem ! help

Hello community before i post this thread i did use the " search button" and nothing pertaining to my problem came up . my scenario is i have a sc 300 with a 1jzgte swap and my gauge cluster lighting was bad so i took it out and replace all the bulbs in the back and it looks wonderfull but now i have a problem which is the " low oil icon " is on which is the one right below the # 5 on the rpm side " its yellow icon with a wavy line underneath it " the light was not on before i replaced the bulbs , but yet again maybe it was not on because all of the bulbs were burned out so now that its working its indicating me that . I need suggestions first , my oil i check daily and its always on point , never to low and never to high , one of my friends suggested changing the " oil pressure switch " , were is this part located on the 1jzgte , and also will the 2jzgte " oil pressure switch " work for the 1jzgte.
can someone provide a link with pictures or a diagram so i can research it further . ALso any suggestions would be really appreciated as well. has anyone member had this problem with it , thank you community .

Do a search for the PDF of the service manual, make sure to check and re-check the oil-level sensor and its connectors, circuit, etc.

This is different than the oil-pressure sensor: if the oil-pressure sensor goes on, then the engine will be shut down (eg, no fuel) to prevent a fire involving the aluminum engine block. All fuel injected aluminum engines have this feature because aluminum is toxic and almost impossible to put out before it melts portions of a road.

Here's a link to the service shop manual for both Sc300 and Sc400. You should be able to find your sensor in this, it covers EVERYTHING (body work, where the magnets go in the transmission pan, how to swap out a propeller shaft, you name it)

Lexus uses some funny terminology for a few things (eg, propeller shaft instead of drive shaft) but this manual is totally worth the download time for DIY'er.

These cars are fun man. There are some performance mods available if you google for planet soarer, which will get you onto the Australian club site (Toyota Soarer = Lexus SC400/300)
