beginning my search
Sup fellas,I just bought me a 96 sc300 about two days ago from an 83 year old man who bought it new in 96. It has all records and even the original window sticker. I can't believe these things were 44k back then. Its black with tan interior and chrome wheels. Its got 174k mile of highway driving. No leaks or anything. Other than the driver seat the interior is in great shape. I picked it up for 4k. I think that was pretty good deal. Anyway I had to ditch my last project which was a 92gt mustang that I was putting a 2jzgte in with a 74gts,272's,built th350,ect. Because I have had so much going on past few years and will for a while I haven't had the time for all the fab work that needed to be done or that I wanted to do so I decided to get an sc3 so I can at least drive it until I'm ready to start swapping. Now I am about to start my search for the info that I am going to need to do the swap into a 96 unless anyone who has done the 96 that has the info saved and would like to share lol. I'm also going to look and see weather it would be better to do na-t or the gte. If the na-t would be better and easier than I could just us the gte parts on my wifes 95tt that I am also building. I have been on supraforums for the past few years so I joined here tonight sence I have the sc3. Sorry for the long thread, I am sitting at work bored. Thanks for looking

Thanks a lot guys. Masagsxr, I already have a spare gte for the car and the parts I have are hks 272's, pte74gts w/ mani, rmr fuel rail w/ pye 1000cc, gforce ecu w/ vpc, q45 tb, and th350 w/ trans break, reverse manual valve body. Now my wifes car will have a boostlogic billet 67 kit to start and then go from there.
Turbo819. Thanks a lot for the links. I will take a look at them. I did a lot of searching last night. That confirmed that I will not be do na-t. I think the biggest issue will probably be the wiring with my gte set up.
1992lexus. I will be getting some pics up soon and will show progress. Thank everyone
