Leather steering wheels repaired!!! OEM or Wood...
www.American-stitches.com
They have a great re-do on the Lexus steering wheel... wood, oem leather, exotic leather<ostrich, gator etc.. if you choose>
I have pics of the RX3 with wood and a SC4 and LS4 with wood.. Just send me your email or I can send it to someone that can post it here for all to see.. Or check the site.....
*$89 bucks for the automatic gear shift
*$55 for the emergency brake
Give them a call ask for Toni...
Now we have no excuses about having those ugly steering wheels!!!!! except the money to get it done..

The '91 LS400 steering wheel looks allright... the wood is a little smaller in circumference than the rest of the steering wheel. but you know what scares me? those pics of the '93 SC300 shift ****.
before: (did the owner have talons for fingers?!?)

the leather doesn't match and it has ripples. I dunno, for 50$ more I'd rather get the OEM version. But they do have the cheapest prices I've seen for steering wheels.
(i didn't want to suck up that webpages bandwidth so i used text links)

Here are some examples of American Stitches' work. The first one is the LX wheel, next is for the RX and the third picture is TXSTYLE's awesome wheel from another company.

what you guys think? tacky, or nice? I think they look pretty nice, but if I did the steering wheel, id have to go all out wood dash kit, and would I be able to match the wood color is the question?

The LS, SC, LX wheel matches the wood in the SC good IMO. The wood size is fine to me...
*Hellaboy, as for the Talons for finger nails... That's too funny... What is the price are you getting for this part at the dealer and where is the dealer?
*Thanks, LexRX for the posting of the pics for me.
If any one is REALLY interested in all leather or wood inserts I need to know ASAP, because I will have info on a group buy Friday... So I really would like to have a feel to give the representative when negotiating the prices with them for the members here.

Wheel Skins does not make a "mocha" "tan" color steering wheel wrap for the Lexus. They only offer the black one... I know I've already tried them last year and again 2 months ago... The $35 bucks would have been great!!! They said they may in a while "if" they can get an interest of at least 5000 people...
You can get all leather as you have now... Wood is an option...

"Leather only" turn around time is 3-5 working days. "Wood" turn around time is 5-7 working days.
Keith and all I'm trying to get a group buy on the wheels so give me a few days to post the prices...
