Speedometer mismatch
Question I've begun swapping from auto to manual. With the stock w58 from a 94 sc300 into a 99 sc300. Only problem so far is speedometer cables do not match. Does anybody have a remedy to this?

SC300's of all years and the '94 SC300 W58 you have do not use speedometer cables. The cluster input uses a three-wire Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) connection and the transmission has such a sensor on its side. I'm not sure what cables you are looking at?
Aside, if you want to make your speedometer perfectly accurate after noticing it is off, you can buy a Yellowbox V4 speedo corrector and an SC/MKIV specific PnP harness from Yellr. You'd calibrate it by referencing a GPS.

I've never heard of that on an SC300 W58. Can you shoot us pictures of the sensor location on your W58 transmission?
Regarding the swap overall, have you looked up W58 into 98 SC300 swap threads by Cartmill? He completed the same swap successfully and it would be good to reference in your build.
