keyless entry system not working after removal of cluster gauges
Hi all,
On my 1993 SC 400 i noticed after removing and replacing my cluster gauges to repair the needles both my AIR BAG light is constantly on and my keyless remote entry for my door locks is not working. I managed to correctly solve through all your help to turn off the AIR BAG light. However, relative to the remote keyless entry I am currently in need of assistance. I thought it might be the battery in the key...which I replaced today however it clearly is not the battery and the trouble coincided with the reinstallation of the gauge cluster. Does anyone know what I should do to fix this??

What a dope I am!!! there is a switch under the steering wheel on the bottom panel on the left hand side that disables the remote entry system!!! I must have inadvertently switched it when I took the panel off! LOL...Everything works fine now....

Sure enough, I hit the 'Remote Off' switch too.
Life is good. :0) Thanks again!
