Glass lowbeams??!
Okay so I got a 95 sc300 and it came with glass fog lights, and I'm so not digging the clear fog lights and dingy, yellow headlights. I heard they never made glass headlights for these.. is that true? If so, how can I spruce them up to make them look a little better? If not, where can I get them?!

Unfortunately the low beams/turn signal housing only came in plastic. You can either do the restoration on them and they will look nicer but never like new or you can just fork out some $$ and buy some new ones from the dealer.
There are also eBay ones but I honestly think they are ugly and make the car look cheap!
My original headlights were not that bad but I still wasn't happy with them so I ended up buying some new ones.

Well, I ended up spending $750 for both headlights. They are not cheap new even with a discount. Bought them online from Sewell Lexus and used the CL members discount.
I know there are quite a few members who paid less for their entire cars on here then I did just for the headlights but I wanted my car to look like new after my build was done.

Dudes,
It's easy to restore the plastic headlamps with the right tools and chemicals.
I purchased a severely neglected 1995 five-speed a few months ago and the headlamps were yellow and cloudy after twenty-five years.
I used my Porter Cable 7424xp polisher, Meguire's PlastX cleaner and polish, a surbuf polishing pad, and five minutes. Two applications of about two to three minutes each and they turned out pretty well I believe.
If I wanted to go the extra five percent I could have wet-sanded the plastic lenses with a 3000 grit sandpaper disc using a random orbit sander (the same Porter Cable polisher) and polished it afterwards. I was lazy.

I bought Meguiars Headlight kit which came with the Wet sand and everything needed to make them shiny again. It cost $30 in Canada. Usa it's 20 I think but really all you need it is the plastic X and ur good

Y'all need to be careful about wetsanding these headlights. There is a UV coating on the outside that is supposed to protect them from hazing and turning yellow. When you wetsand the headlights you are stripping away whatever is left of that coating and should respray them with clear coat. Otherwise they'll end up yellowing again in a few months unless you wax them religiously.
OP you can also purchase clear supermade lenses for these headlights if you can find them for sale. They've been discontinued and are no longer being made but they do pop up on the classified section every now and again.

If your headlights have already yellowed, the UV coating is already gone. That's why you need to protect them once you wetsand them--there's no UV coating. Vinyl film, clear coat, or something like Optimum gloss coat should do the trick.

Man this is a beat up topic but yes, we all wish they made a glass version. I'd be willing to pay 7-800 for a glass lense alone, not to mention full headlights. Wish we knew someone who could make a group buy set of some kind. Anyone know a glass company with some knowledge and ***** to try it? I guarantee we would get 10 or more paid customers up front for a group buy. Count me in if so...
Edit: I emailed 2 companies after some research with good reviews about getting a quote for a group buy. I'm sure they'll need a set of headlights as a mold and several payments/deposits to get the ball rolling but this could be a start to something. I'll keep everyone updated on this or another whole new thread.. FYI, this would be my 2nd group buy I've established, my first being a one off set of headers for an Acura Legend forum. It's super stressful and hectic, not to mention very slow. Tends to take several months for even a test set to come in fruition so don't get any hopes up just yet..
