^ How comes you have 4? There are only 2, officially that is.
As for ST that is for the starting system, cruise control, multiport fuel injection, instrument panel lights. I suggest you get that fuse changed according to specs.
As for the tails and parking lights there is a fuse called TAIL in the kick panel, it is fuse #12 and it is 7.5Amp. It could be visually intact but chances are that its dead, hence the no tails, parking lights, side markers or license plate lights.

I just fixed my running/tail/park lights. There are 4 things you need to check.
1. Obviously, first thing is to check the fuses and bulbs.
All good? Ok. After the fuses, got to check two more electrical components near the kick fuse panel.
2.Taillight relay. Turn your switch on the first line, that's the park circuit..
Hear the relay click? No? Looking at the fuse panel, just to the left of it, big black relay.
3. Diode. It's job is to only allow current to flow one direction. A check valve of sorts. It's just to the left of your tail relay we just checked. Small black plug that kinda looks like a fuse.
4. Taillight warning ECU. It's on the Drivers side of the trunk, next to the antenna motor.
Smell fishy or look burnt?
(5.)The last possible circuit is the "Auto Integration relay". It's a pain in the *** to get at, as it's on the back side of the fuse panel. It's a small green box, and if it's burnt, you need another one.
It took me a week with a DVM to get it right.
Most circuits go: Switch-> Relay-> Fuse->bulb.
Sc300 goes: Switch-> Auto integration relay-> Taillight relay-> Tail fuse-> Diode->Lamp Fault ECU-> Bulb.
Also it should be noted that the ground bolt above the fuse panel was corroded. Cleaning it made everything work correctly.
Good luck!

My module in the trunk is fried are they all interchangeable or should I locate the exact same model number? Also if they are interchangeable is there a specific number from a later year that is a preferred upgrade?

I know this is an old post, can someone take a pic of the diode? Not sure what it looks like, need someone to shine some light. I’ll put in the yellow tail light ecu from the trunk tomorrow to see if that will fix my problem.
Thanks in advance.

Its now Oct 31st and you posted months ago. But if its your tail lights/parking lights/license plate lights. Then more than likely its your Relay Integration underneath the drivers side fuse box. Mine has gone out 3 times! (Just in case you are still stuck?)
