wow great links guys i've come to realize im probably better off waiting til someone gives theres up or wait til i have some more money. most of the kits are averaging about 1200-1500....for those prices i might as well keep my stock mani and do the 5 speed swap....im already upgrading to 550cc's, and i ended up not selling my AEM so im using that as well...and i think i see a new turbo in my future also.... wish there was a way to find this cheaper....

The Ebay FFIM's actually work quite well (it's hard to mess up welding a plenum around six velocity stacks).

Here is one...

...for less than 400 bucks.

Now, some "name brand" FFIMs actually have thousands of dollars of research and development put into them... but their efficiency isn't going to be fully realized unless you're aiming for ridiculously high numbers, otherwise, an ebay one will work just fine as a solution to getting rid of the cross-over intake manifold.

Any FFIMs that will properly bolt up to a 2JZ-GE? All of those are for GTEs, and IIRC they don't bolt up. I have a custom header design i want to make but i'd need a FFIM to do it. I hope i'm not jacking this thread....

wait a minute...some of those pictures in that ebay link say 2JZ-GE. Does that mean that the turbo and non turbo manifolds bolt up the same? If so, then.....ergh.

Manifolds made for GTE's will not work with on a GE. However, most of these shops usually have GE variants that they can make as well...

The Ebay one I posted is GE though.

The picture list GE and GTE because they sell both manifolds.
