More issues: Sunroof
Alright guys and gals...I've searched and searched, but nothing definitive...
So I recently purchased my 1992 SC400. I was aware that the sunroof opened, but wouldn't close. Replaced the "roof control" unit and now everything "almost" works. Tilts and closes just fine. However, as the sunroof opens straight back, it seems to get "stuck". Like it's rubbing against something, kind of notches around and the motor continues to pull. From there, it closes up just fine.
Now, I've seen other cars that need to re-learn or re-sync there sunroofs, but didn't see anything like that for our older SC's. Any input?
Thanks!

The weird thing is, if I continue to press the open button, it jerks around and eventually makes it all the way back. The funny thing is, when I go to close it, it closes fine.
I heard that if you manually close the sunroof (at some point) the cable ends up stretching and you run into these types of problems....
Anybody with some ideas?
