Climate Control problem
Ok put a new climate control in cause the old one was stolen a couple months back. Bought it off ebay for $160. Well here is the problem in having. Everything works on it like the lights and the buttons. The only problem in having with it is that when i turn the fan on for heat or whatever, its full blast. Even if its only up one bar. Is it the climate control thats messed up or could it be something else. The last climate control got stolen out of my car so there is no way for me to test and see. Just needed someone's input to see if they hav experienced the same thing. THANKS

This one's easy. The protocol isn't the same across the years. That's why your CC can do certain functions but not others. However, the faceplate is the same, so those are swappable between the years.

Just take the new front section (the display part) and mate it with the old rear section (the electronics part) - that will sort it out - don't sell it!
There are instructions to do this on this forum posted by me and others, have a search...

1. Remove a/c control unit from the car
2. Looking at the rear of the A/C control unit you can see two small screws which need to be removed
3. The front and the back parts of the A/C control unit may now be separated by inserting a flat screwdriver under the lip between the two sections and gently easing them apart, first the top, holding that open, and then the bottom.
4. There are two connectors linking the back section to the front, one white and one brown (in my case), gently remove these from the front section
5. Perform the above for both units (old and new)
6. Mate the new front section with the old rear section
7. Put back into the car

... and I've just noticed that you say the old unit was stolen, so you can't do this - sorry, should have read your post properly. HOWEVER, you could buy an older, bleeding unit for cheap from a wreckers and do the swap as described.
