Disabling auto unlock on door locks?
Well it's freezing here in KS and I like to go start my car 10 minutes or so before I get off work.(night shift)
Anyway problem is as long as the keys are in the IGN, The door locks won't lock!
With my old car I'd just leave the car running and disconnect the keyless entry remote. This way I don't have to worry about the car getting stolen while it's running.
Anyone know how to disable this?

its very simple. manually close the lock inside the car. lift the outside handle and shut the door. this way the car will lock the door and stay locked. on most cars if you lock the lock inside and just shut the door the lock will unlock on its own. on hondas you cant even push down the driver door lock pin with the door open.
and no it does not damage the lock mechanism.
