Unhappy Contact Transfer Error

I have a Motorola Maxx (not the HD model). When I tried to sync to my RX450h, it initially failed. A little online research indicated that I should load an app called "Bluetooth Phonebook" and enable BPAP. Did that and all appeared to go well - all my contacts showed up. However, on closer inspection, several contacts had one of the last 4 digits wrong. This is truly bizarre. Anyone heard of this and more specifically, does anyone have a solution?

I'm an iPhone guy, so can't directly help, but since no one else has yet responded, here's two things to try: 1) Go to http://www.lexus.com/MobileLink/ and input your phone, carrier and RX info. If it's a supported model, Lexus provides pairing info and more there. 2) Assuming your Droid is supported (see former site), give a call to your dealership Sales dept and make an appointment with the Technology Specialist who is in place to try and assist customers with things like this.

Good luck.

Another suggestion is to contact the developer of the app you're using. They may have come across this or at least need to be notified of this.
Also found this thread discussing similar issue. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ct-...galaxy-s3.html
Hope you figure it out.

The problem was that I had downloaded the free version of "Bluetooth Phonebook", which says (for those people that take the time to read it, "free version randomizes one digit in phone numbers". I got the paid version (all of $1.98) and the problem was solved but with a slightly red face.
