There is not a big price difference between a power folding mirror and a power folding mirror with blind spot detection. Has anyone tried going all out and adding that as well? Is a new / different ECU required for that?

Edit: Nevermind. Just realized that this is a 2013 model feature only, and that it requires new sensors in the rear bumper. I (incorrectly) assumed the sensor was in the mirror.

I have done the swap just recently and I know there is another member on the forum has done it long before. I will try to post some pic later.

Cost is between $600 - $900 (each) depends on were you go. having the part numbers is a big help. I got my dealership to give me a 20% discount on the parts. Once I told them i was doing it because the morning after i brought home my (new to me) 2010 RX450h the mirror had been hit outside my house on the street. left some lovely white paint on my Obsidian Black Mirror. ARG!!!!
Anyway i found the door control online from china for $180 (http://www.aliexpress.com/)
I am shopping around for the mirrors. Either new from dealership or I'm looking for the via a junkyard . I imagine I will be doing the install in the next 2 weeks.I will try and have pics and video of the whole process, ;-)

I have found various sites in taobao.com, For about 2800 RMB for the RH with camera and 1700 RMB for the LH. However, I am not sure where can i find the steering with the camera switch and its part number. It seems nobody posted this part number.
