I think that there are a lot of 2010's on the used car market right now. I tried to trade for a 2012 about a month ago and the dealer would not give me KBB price for my 2010 on trade even though my RX is perfect without a blemish on it anywhere.

Always try selling outright to Carmax. They have me almost 3k more than the Lexus dealer would offer.

I have found KBB and NADA to be usually couple of thousand more than Edmunds. So if the dealer offered less than the trade-in value of Edmunds, than he/she was trying to low-ball for sure.
