sometimes the Lexus driver is the idiot
This is what I did to my three month old RX this past summer driving off road. I backed over a small stump left by some beavers that was hidden in the grass and tore the bumper cover right off. Fortunately no damage to the cover and it was re-installed without any problems, except to my pride!

Not 10 days after purchasing a brand new 2012 RX350, someone dings up my driver side door… it’s a small ding, but on an Obsidian exterior, it is all the more conspicuous. Turns out the Cilajet that I bought also acts as ding insurance for 5 years! I called up the dealership and they have already set my car up for service.
