Write Off RX 350 just Bought a 400H
Just wanted to say Hi 
to all you folks.
Been a Member for a couple of years as we have owned a 2006 RX 350 luxury Sports since new so I guess I'll have a lot of questions in regards to our 2008 RX 400H.
This is what happened on the 5/9 /2014 to our RX 350
My wife headed out early yesterday morning to do her morning roller blading club meet but didn't quite make it there.
She sore all over (especially her neck back and right knee) not one of the 8 Airbags on our RX 350 Sports luxury deployed
Seems this loser borrowed daddies car and thinks it's
to put other families in danger by not obeying road rules and running a Red light. Of the three occupants in his car one took off as soon as he and the police made eye contact by the time I got there to pick up my wife Mummy and Daddy had whisked the little **** driver off to be charged at the police station. Probably a good thing as I was Amping up considerably and was looking forwards to having a quite word with him. >
The Lex has been owned by us since new but I don't think it will ever sit in our drive way again just one front headlight costs $2.750 here in Australia.
Relieved none the less my wife's ok have already hired another car at our cost which does not seem fair to me at all ( they should have to pay ) the white crewman car in the background is the car that hit my wife his bull bar took the impact on the right side and flattened the tire still had to be tow though I guess it all has to do with how to vehicle impacted to determine damage.
Well the report is in.
Sub frame is bent $55.000 damage and that's just what they can see without striping the car down
Now waiting for our agreed value insurance to pay out fingers crossed.
Just found out the other car that hit us ( white car in the background ) was also deemed a write off guess the kinetic energy of the crash bent both Sub frames.
My wife is doing ok receiving physio and we have now engaged a lawyer for future claims as neck back and knee issues have now it seems not dissipated ( mainly sever headaches neck and back pain )

Back to now 7/1/2014 so we have been paid out finally and just Bought ourselves the 400h last photo and everything is starting to get back to normal.
