Sorry but you will not get a quality paint job for that price... especially a pearl paint job. Once the car has been resprayed you will loose some serious value in it as the next owner has no clue why the car was repainted. People asume the worst and think that it was damaged. Its just how it is. I agree with you though, $5000 is really too much to spend on that vehicle for paint protection. But there are people everyday who spend a lot of money on items that other people would think are ridiculous.
By the way insurance will cover the cost ALTHOUGH I have never sent in a quote to re-install film over an entire car. I am not sure they would cover all of that. But interested in knowing...
