Default Service 140000km (~87000 miles)

My car is due for its 140000 km service. I have gotten some quotes and Lexus want to charge me $575 for the privilege (Australian $$). The service looks like a minimal service and the big one is the 150000 timing belt service. Most other quotes are $400-ish and 1 was as low as $215 (significant difference). Would it be worth doing the cheap one knowing it's basically an oil change and inspection and use the difference when the timing belt comes up? I could do it at home but can't be bothered with the post clean hassle.

Service is rather expensive down under. A minor service here in the states is basically an oil change, fluid check, inspection and tire rotation. Lexus charges about $130. Toyota is about $60.I would go with the less expensive one, just double check that the oil and filter used is correct.
