Default Considering purchasing a 2006 rx330 with 100K miles on it

Hi all.
Former owner of a wonderful 2006 rx 330 that did not have AWD. Loved my vehicle and only had 25K miles on it. I just sold it (5 offers in So Cal!!) in order to buy one with AWD in the NW.

They are VERY hard to find here - probably because people keep them for years!

I did find one being sold by the original owner with 100k miles for $14,500.

Concerned about 100K miles but should I be???

It has only had one owner, clean title, no accidents, serviced by the dealer.

Ad here:

Nice used RX330. AWD, new tires and brakes last summer, 90k, 100k mile service just done and timing belt changed ($1,600). Runs like a top!!! charcoal exterior and grey leather interior. Good shape, no dents, never wrecked, title in hand. Fully loaded with all but NAV.
Just crossed 100k miles.

Questions:

Are there known mechanical issues that start to plague these cars around this amount of mileage?

My other option would be to lease a new one but my heart says that I would have this vehicle for at least 5 years with no issues. I only put about 10K miles (maximum) on my car per year.

Thank you for your input/ideas!

100k is nothing for a car isn't it? If it was maintained well, should not be any issues.

You might need struts. Chrck radiator for leaks. Check rack and pinion for leaks.

I bought a 2005 AWD earlier this year with 92k. All the maintenance had been done to include the timing belt. Lexus had all the records. The catalytic converter just went out and I think I have 97k miles on it. I did it myself for around 350$. I don't expect anymore problems but you never can tell.
