Our family just bought the 2007 RX350, and the sound system is not working at. The volume does not turn up with both modules, it only stays on 0 when try to turn it up. It is the whole sound system, navigation has no sounds as well. We do not what is the exact problem, any help to figure this out would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked with the seller to see if the problem was known?
Have you checked fuses?

Looks like AMP is gone, check under the rear bench

I agree with RX3302004 and burmula. Check the fuses (though unlikely, it's worth the 5 mins to look at it). If all of the fuses check out, I would start with checking the amp and work from there.
