'05 Rx330 OBD poet is inop.
Hi from Phoenix. The emissions tech told me that my OBD port was "dead" and that he had to complete the inspection the old style way. Is there a fuze or circuit breaker that controls the port ??

Welcome to Club Lexus, Mikey1949.
First, it would be best to confirm the first diagnosis. Want to rule out the emissions tech did not know what they were doing or that their equipment was faulty. Try going to a local AutoZone or Advanced Auto Parts and ask if they could check for a check engine light (CEL) fault. This second diagnosis will let you know one way or the other.
If bad, while there you can check fuse #39 inside by the driver to see if it is good or bad.
