RH400 have different tails, with 400 being 100% LED's, but not sure though. I kind of looked into it but they sure are steep in $$.

Submerging in water might not be a good idea. It will take time to get all the humidity out.

I'm afraid I wasn't clear enough.
I did remove the whole assembly already, and rotated it in all possible ways, using also a vacuum cleaner while moving it around.
But the fly only moves around , never reaching the bulb hole.
It seems that there is an additional glass inside the reversing light, and the fly is stuck between it and the external transparent plastic cover.
I'm sure it could slip through a border pried open, but that's the point: I can't see any pry points, and I fear that the transparent cover is actually glued to the assembly.
Are you sure it's just pressed against the rubber seal?
Here's a couple of other pics, if that helps.

LOL. I was going to post this same thing, but saw this thread. The RX350 I bought my daughter has 2 spiders in the left taillight. I guess it's fairly common in these, wonder why?

That's funny. Our RX has a dead fly in one of the taillight housings. Been there for 3 years now. I thought he'd eventually just turn to dust, but hasn't yet.
It really bugs me.
