In my opinion at this low mileage you need only engine oil change (every 6 month), basically for the sake of warranty. Could be done at Toyota. I wouldn't do the tire rotation - it can help to see any possible alignment issues. May be only after 50K... I would skip everything else (because it's not in manual).

Sounds like they're going by the time right now. It'll be interesting to see if they try to redo the same service when the miles get there.
I just bought a 2008 with 22,000 miles and thought mine was low miles. I don't drive a lot either, maybe 6k a year and plan on doing service more on the miles then the time in service.
