Wow, those look like rear tires off of the GS AWD after a weekend of drifting

No offense but if this car is a daily driver, 6 months between "inspecting" tires is far too long. Personally, I check all our vehicles at least once a month and that includes checking pressure w/ a manual gauge I know is calibrated correctly.

This incident is one of the unintended consequences of nanny state "every car must have TPMS" regulation... people go longer w/o checking their tires for pressure and wear b/c the idiot light on the dash isn't illuminated so all must be fine. Sometimes, as in this case, w/o checking them at all...

Glad no one was hurt by this neglect and I'm sure you'll be more careful going forward.

Well,Something made it go out of adjustment that bad. Must be our wonderfully kept up infrastructure.

You're right. Many drivers jump curbs and hit potholes. I didn't think of those obstacles because I generally drive very carefully and avoid it. I drive a lowered car with bigger rims so its second nature. When my wife drives, she doesn't see anything and usually runs everything over. Hitting those things will eventually get the alignment out of spec.
