Make sure all your tires have enough psi, and that includes the spare tire in the back of ur car. I got the same problem recently.

Almost every time it was the spare tire low on air. I finally got smart and filled the spare to 40-psi. Problem solved.

Spare was our problem too. Dealer said when weather changed to cold they were getting over 15 vehicles a day where they just filled the spare a little.

Did you reset the TPMS system? That will usually fix the problem. The procedure is in the Lexus RX Manual.

I thought I had this problem fixed after I put more air into the spare, but I still have the warning light on. Any suggestions?

Finally got rid of the annoying warning light by reseting TPMS. Thanks all!
