Default newbie with question

I'm looking at an 08 RX350. It has AWD and navagation, 18" 5 spoke wheels. Is there any way I can tell what packages/options are on the car with the VIN #? It is being sold by a used car dealer and he does not have original sticker, it was a lease vehicle.

The car is in perfect condition with no scratches or dents, 28000 miles. Is $33995 a fair price for this car? Thanks!

Try an online VIN decoder - apparently digits 4-8 may tell you some features. As far as price, try kbb or nada, or what I did was scanned autotrader.com, cars.com or a few other online vehicle sales websites to see what vehicles were going for before I bought my 330.

Good luck!

If it has the "Premium Plus Package" it would include: Leather Trim Interior, Power Tilt/Telescoping Steering Wheel with Memory, One-touch open/close moon roof, High-Intensity Discharge Headlamps with adaptive front lighting, Illuminated Entry System.

My 2007 also included Heated Front Seats, Rain-Sensing Wipers, Headlight Washers, Bluethooth, Backup Camera, Cargo Mat, Wheel Locks.

Considering the low mileage, Nav, AWD, the price is about right.

Just call your local Lexus dealership, ask for service, ask for a manager and tell him you're about to buy this car. give him the VIN and he'll have access to all the info. Worked for me twice.

For a CPO I would argue that that's a fair price. If you could haggle it down to 30 or 31 that would be a steal.

I brought 08 350 AWD last October at $29K. It had 36K miles and had every possible options except the rear LCD entertainment system as well as the towing package. Try to get it down to $30K.
