Default Differentials and transfer case maintenance

Seeking a few pointers from folks that have had replaced fluid in front, rear differentials and transfer case.

The manual does not state the gear oil capacity for front differential, not does it state the viscosity of required gear oil. Dealerships do not sell gear oil by quart, so will have to buy it from the autoparts store.

1) What's the capacity of the front differential?
2) what's recommended viscosity (75w90, 85w90 or else) for gear oil? wondering what's gear oil viscosity put in RX from the factory
3) when draining/refilling oil, are there any plugs, seals, seal lubes that need to be used? I will be watching my mechanic replace all fluids....
