Kleen-Flo engine flush

Is there a problem with the engine that you are trying to address? If not, I would suggest to simply stay with regular change and maybe simply shorten the time duration. Say do the oil+filter change every 1000 miles.
There are too many unknowns with flush additives ... benign (useless) to too aggressive (collateral damage). That is why you are asking. Hopefully you will collect enough information to draw statistically valid conclusion.
I have used Kleen product to flush AC line, But that you know is a tube. Then air blew it out and let the thing dry out and evacuated afterwards.

use caution with engine flushes especially with engines that experience short distance daily driving and long oil change intervals. Loosened sludge can clog the vvt solenoid filters.
