An engine flush is different than a transmission flush.

You can flush your engine by getting some engine flush oil (companies like Valvoline) sell engine flush oil. Put this in your engine, turn the engine on for 15 min and change the oil.

An easier (but more expensive) way is to go to a shop that has an engine flush machine. Basically what they do, (re-)circulating some cleaning motor oil and then such that all old oil can be replaced by new oil.
