Code P0300, P0302, P0304, P0306, P1351, P1354 at 178K miles. Replace 3 ignition coil and variable valve timing solenoid (closes to the radiator) and fix the issue.

Timing belt, water pump, thermostat, pulleys, belt tensioner, coolant was replaced at 100K miles.

Yes, a misfire from a bad coil can cause multiple codes - the VVT ones in your case, and possibly one or two of the cylinder misfire codes.. Did you check to make sure all the coils were bad or did you just replace all three?

With the original installed ignition coil and at 178K miles, I just replace all three and didn't spend more time on troubleshooting the ignition coils.
