No, do not buy anything but OEM (Denso) A/F sensors. Aftermarket ones tend to cause a lot of problems because they are not within spec for the RX300.
Also, bank 1 senor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1 are A/F sensors. They use the same sensor. Bank 1 sensor 2 is a 02 sensor, it is for emissions only and have nothing to do with fuel efficiency. That sensor is different from the other two.

My girlfriend's RX is having bad mileage too, (~13mpg), car is at 140K. It's also throwing some codes (P0171, P1150, etc)
I just bought the following:
2x Denso 234-9009 Air Fuel Ratio Sensor
1x Denso 234-4215 Oxygen Sensor
1x Denso 197-6020 Mass Air Flow Sensor
I found someone who was able to sell all the parts new for $260, I'm hoping to get the MPG back up to 20mpg once I get all these parts put in.
Do not get aftermarket sensors (aka non-denso parts), like the one in the link. Also be weary, I've heard of some people buys parts on ebay labeled as Denso, by they were knockoffs. Best bet would be to get them on Amazon, the price there is really good compared to the dealership.

xtwister16 is getting CEL code, and we hope that they will be cleared out by the swap.
On the other hand you seem to be hoping to get mpg improvement. Is that change you want feed back about?

Specifically I want to know if replacing the MAF sensor improves mileage. I already replaced my A/F sensors and saw no improvement.
Thanks.
