EVAP-P0440/0446: loose hose
I had such a good experience with my first RX, a 99 certified lease return vehicle that I picked up in 2001, that I just picked up a 2002 RX with just 34K miles on it for $11,700. I thought this was too good to be true.
I wasn't able to vote in the poll, but today I had the engine check and VSC warning lights come on in the dash. Took it to the nearest Toyota dealer (Lexus dealer is 80 miles away), used the OBD2 checker and found EVAP-P0440/0446/
They tested the system and found that the vacuum hose was disconnected from the ccv valve.
They did a host of other checks too, didn't find anything wrong, took about 50 minutes, didn't charge anything. Nice experience.

Welcome to the Club.
I moved your post from the Check Engine Light poll thread to a thread of its own.
I've rarely gotten the P04XX codes and it has usually been a low gas tank problem with me, but interesting (and happy to see) that they traced it to a hose.

Glad to hear that they took care of the problem for free.
Any pictures of your RX? You are extremely lucky to have found one with such low mileage. These things are really tanks if taken care of properly.
