Hey guys, new to this site, and I have a few questions

One what size are the rear licence plate bolts? Mine did not come with the car

and two, my transmission shift control cable snapped off at the transmission my friend is in the process of repairing it but I need to buy the part, I have had no luck finding it online, but did find one for a 2001 Highlander which I read has the u140f transmission as well, so I am wondering if that would work?
