Default High Pitched Noise Upon Starting

I'm hoping someone has run across this problem before. My 2001 Rx 300 has just hit 100K, however around 92K it started making a high pitched squeaking nose when I would start the car. Usually I rev the engine and it subsides, however lately that doesn't seem to work. The squealing occurs mainly when the car has been sitting for a few hours, like when I come out of work at the end of the day.

I'm thinking this might be a belt, but could it possibly be the timing belt? I know replacing it is part of the 90K maintenace package, but I haven't taken the car in for it yet. Either way, is there a DIY fix? (I'm not into trying to fix the timing belt myself, if that's what it is)

Any light you could shed on this situation would be very helpful I'm tired of frightening people in parking lots when I start my car.

Thanks!

It's more likely one of the accessory belts (two belts visible when you open the hood and on the passenger side) and those also need changing out along with the timing belt at 90K. They have been known to run longer than that, but it's one of those things I'd do.

I do have that problem you mentioned as well when it gets cold and sometimes get a bit of light chatter from that area, but only when cold and when it gets warm again, the problem goes away.

Also possibly (likely?) to be a belt tensioner. Have those checked when you get the timing belt changed
