2010 vs 2013 RX350/400h Questions
Is there any performance advantage of 2013 RX over the 2010? What about hybrid vs. non-? I know that for Gen 2, the hybrid is significantly faster than the non-hybrid.
Even if the Gen 3 400h does not have the mpg advantage, is it much quieter and smoother than the 350?

No, I don't play soccer!
Wolfy, 2010 is the first year of the third gen RX. And it's the 450h, not the 400h.
BertL did an extensive comparison between the pre-spindle grill (2010-2012) and spindle grill (2013-2015) RX450h here. As far as whether the 350 or 450h is better, well, that depends on what's important to you. There's 25 more HPs on the 450h and a few extra features and options. I'd recommend driving both. Also, search the the forum. We have a few threads on this topic already.

Pole Position
My wife and I last year both bought a 2013 ES 300h and a 2015 450h both used. The ES was about the same price as the ES 350's on the lot at the local Lexus dealer and the 450h was about a $1,000 more than the RX 350's. With gas a little above $2.00 a gallon this is the time to buy a hybrid. One can not go in a bargain these prices when gas is $4.00 a gallon. Her 2010 RX350 averaged over it's life 21 mpg and her 450h has averaged 29 mpg. We love both vehicles.
