Our only complaints are that you need to be right next to the car to get it to start and once you open a door or unlock the vehicle (touch the handle) it dies. Pretty much worthless to me but a $500 gold mine to Lexus.

I'm exaggerating a "little" about being right next to it but its pretty darn close.

Any factory computer updates?

I was under the impression there was a enform remote smartphone app for this. Is that this not the case?

There is RES on the key fob and RES+ that is the app. Different animals.

It was the biggest waste of $600. I should have had Lexus take it out of the car and bought a Viper. Hated to have two remotes (My wife's RX is a 2012 so no cell phone app available) but looking back I wish I did.

Hate that it shuts off too-my Inifiniti has remote start, no need to restart when I get in the car.
