What I do is let my fingers do some walking on the internet against sites like Edmunds and others that post their view of invoice in preparation for my visit to a dealer, then when negotiation time comes, I ask the dealer what invoice is, and if things are close to what I researched in my head -- so be that, else I ask to see it which my last couple of dealers were happy to provide. Realize that dealers still likely have wiggle room beyond invoice with various incentives, etc. none of us will ever have access to, so using invoice is only part of the game they have behind the scenes.
I'll let others talk about OTD price. Too many variables IMHO to suggest something to you other than look at some of the recent deals folks have listed here and in other threads, then adapt your own situation from there.
Good luck in your pursuit.

well, I just got a new 2015 yesterday, and the deal blew my mind
I was in month 17 of a 48 month lease, on a 2014 rx 350, with no nav, no xenon, and no park assist, 8000 miles on it, in perfect condition.
I was able to get a 2015, WITH nav, WITH Xenon, WITH park assist, for the SAME EXACT lease payment, NO MONEY DOWN, NO CASH UP FRONT, not a penny extra for anything, even doc fee/license transfer/taxes, nothing, not a single penny paid at closing, and the same exact lease payment!!
I have bought several cars at this store, so that may have had something to do with it, and obviously, they want to sell out all the 2015's before the 2016's show up, but hey, I have a brand new car, with about 5k more in toys, for the same exact monthly lease, without giving them a dime on closing...hard to believe!!

Hello everyone, just purchased a brand new 2015 Lexus Rx 350 F sport. Total out the door was about $55k.
Loving the suv so far especially the white exterior on red interior.
P.S, comes with all options except heads up display. However a bunch of accessories were added including remote start.

I've corroborated a few quotes for the typical spec RX 350 (premium package, parking assist, heated seats, accessory pack and wood/leather trim wheel) between $40,9xx and $41,3xx throughout the southwestern region - will PM dealership/names if desired.
I think we can safely assume a 10% discount off msrp as the starting point for discussion on just about any model in lieu of the upcoming holiday incentives, end of month and model year push too.
QuickOne: I've PMed ya! I'm looking for a Sport Package myself.
Anyone else got good leads on aggressive pricing, please mention or PM me! I gotta make a miracle happen

Just bought a 2015 RX350 F Sport up here in Canada. I know packages, etc are slightly different here. For example, we only have AWD versions. Anyway, for anyone that cares about Canadian prices, I got mine for 52k. FYI, I suck at negotiations so you might do better.
