I just got back from the lexus in Princeton and was offered $505 a month for a lease on a 2015 rx craft line f sport with navigation package. 36 months lease with 12k miles anually. $2600 due at signing. Is this a good deal or should I just wait for the 2016 model?
Thanks
Thanks

Don't know. I just looked at inventory and Florida Dealer's lots are flooded with 2015 RX's. It will be interesting to see what they do with prices once the 2016's are actually on the lot.
As of today, 10/20/15:
JM Lexus has 93 FWD, 3 F-Sports and 2 AWD;s on the lot.
Wilde Lexus has 64 FWD, 3 F-Sports and 5 AWD's on the lot.

Sewell Dallas Question?
I got a 2015 RX 350 on 10/3/2015 at Sewell Lexus Dallas. The MSRP is 50004. The OTD is about 47k. I did not negotiate much since I trade in my 2007 Lexus RX 350. My final OTD is 36k.
If I do not have a trade in, I think it is quite possible to have 46500 as OTD.
Our tax rate is: 6.25%.
Thx.

I just received a quote from Sewell on a similar 2015 RX-350 with an MSRP of $50,004. No trade, just a straight up cash deal. Their first offer was out the door at $49,000, a far cry from the $47,000 figure you achieved. Their initial quote was a touch over 8% off MSRP & if I did the math properly it would need to be about 12.4% off to get me to your $47,000 out the door.
Before I counter their offer I am curious if you or anyone might have any thoughts on how to approach them?

Yes. I'm shopping at the moment as well, so just speaking from the information I've been getting... I'd say you can push for another $2-3k... best results appear to be when you're negotiating in-person at the dealership... no one is budging over the phone.

Call Scott Hunter at Flow Lexus in Winston-Salem. I drove down from Ohio to get mine there. Best deal I could find. I'm sure he can give you a very good deal.
