Default Took the RX for a bath today

My car needed a long deserved wash after our harsh Winter here in Canada.

Black is tough to beat when washed up.

Too bad though it's raining today so enjoy it while it lasts.

Haha yea it really looks good. I paid $170 for an ultimate Interior clean, I got a $20 discount since it was raining so I thought why not !

Nice. Thinking about the same, too, for this weekend. Love the black!

That's a fair deal and I'm sure the RX needed it. My exterior is pretty good after having washed it a few times, but the interior all-weather mats are filthy. Will be doing a thorough interior cleaning this week or the next.

I would clean my interior myself but I have no expertise in that field. BTW what brand of cleaners do you use for your car?

Same, I won't go through a brush car wash if you paid me a million dollars. Ok, fine maybe a million , but nothing less than that!

They're actually VERY VERY soft. I too wondered about them, but the owner of the wash let me feel them and they were made from microfiber. Supposedly imported from Europe.

Even if they are soft, it can do damage. Think about all of the cars that went through there all salty, now all of that salt and dirt whatever from their car is now stuck onto the brush. That brush is now being scrubbed all over your car.

Secondly, most car wash's use recycled water. Some claim to filter it, others couldn't be bothered to care about it.

Hand wash is the ONLY way to go.

You're right never thought about that. The owner said they wash the wash (if that makes sense) twice a day. I do not know how true that is but next time I might just take their hand wash option. When I got there I saw a Mclaren and a Rolls just finish up in the wash so I thought it would be okay.
