Default Replacing Instrument Cluster Glass

When I bought my CPO RX I noticed there were some marks on the instrument cluster glass and had the dealer supply a replacement glass panel. I bought the car out of state so I didn't have time to get it installed while I was there. I've got a quote for $100 to do the replacement from my local dealer, but I'm wondering whether this could be a DIY job?

Has anyone replaced the glass themselves? If it's just a couple screws I might do it myself, but if it's more involved I will have the dealer take care of it.

Go to any motorcycle shop and get a can of Plexus (originally designed for the aircraft industry), spray it on and wipe with a CLEAN microfiber towel.....surface scratches will become almost invisible. No real need to replace the plastic cover.
