Default Replace a US instrument cluster

I have a US 2007 es350 car in Canada. Can you replace the US instrument cluster with a Canadian cluster that is in kilometers ?

Yes, I am sure that a local Toyota/Lexus dealer will be more than happy to do it. To save you a trip, I would call a dealer and confirm. Here is the law word about it:

Btw, mine is a US car as well, bought new from a US Lexus dealer, and my cluster is in miles/F and years later I am used to it and don't really care that it is not in km/h C...

I had the reverse situation, a Canadian 2007 ES350 in the US. I inquired about swapping the cluster for a US one, back in 2010, and the dealer (in Minneapolis, MN) quoted me ~$7500 USD to do the swap. Bought a $100 GPS instead...
