SF Bay Area lexus service recommendation
Hello all, my RX 1st 5K service is coming up and I have couple of rattles need to be addressed. For those who are located in San Francisco Bay Area, which dealer's service department do you recommend?
I was at Putnam one time. They are ok, but was not impressed that they didn't seriously look at the c-pillar rattle last time and just told me that it was leather rubbing squeak and just need leather conditioning.... without even test driving and listen to the rattles.
Please advise.

I bought my RX at Serramonte in June last year. The sales experience, price, and transportation of my RX back to Jersey was excellent.(long story, they had one of two built in Japan that I wanted. The other was in Alaska!).
I wish I could use their service, but I don't think the 3,000 miles drive would be worth it.LOL.

I must say I did not purchase my RX there ...sounds like GoGiants had a good experience... I wanted to order mine through them but they wanted me to take an RX that was in stock - but I wanted the Dynamic Cruise and a few other options not typically found in inventory.... Although they said they would ultimately order it there was no wiggle room on price. I ended up using Hendrickson in Pleasanton. Great deal and they took my order seriously. I did all my communications by e-mail or phone - it was probably one of the easiest purchases. I hate all the waiting at the dealership when you go to buy a vehicle (PIA).
