Looking for best service in DC area

I have friend who recently purchased a 2005 RX, she's new to the DC area, wants to know what Lexus or Toyota store to go to for great service. Any advice??

I have not been there but I have heard Pohanka Lexus in Chantilly is good. The service dept is open from 6 am to 11 pm 7 days a week.
