Protection From Car Seat
I tried a Prince Lionheart initially, but it was too wide, and too stiff for my liking.

I prefer the thickness of the Prince Lionheart cover and that its 2 pieces so its easily adjustable. I don't really have a problem using it with the latch system but I have the car seat placed behind the passenger seat forward facing. This has been discussed in the this thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...-car-seat.html. Don't forget the kick mats for the toddlers! lol.

Sunshine Kids UltraMat - For Radian Car Seat?
Radian car seats are narrower than just about any other car seat, and don't need as wide a "seat protector".

No, my daughter is in a booster seat now, I don't recall the brand. But the mat is wider than the booster seat, yet doesn't interfere with the seat belt buckles. Before that we had a Britax seat that used Latch, not sure how this mat would have fit with that, since we never paired the two together.

I have a Chicco Key Fit 30 and just purchased the Prince Lionheart. I'll let you know how it works. I plan on putting the seat on either side, not in the middle, because I prefer the latch system over belts.

Hi there,
Sorry to be reviving an old thread here, but I wonder if using two Lionheart protectors on rather side of the back seat would make the Center seat too tight? I read here that they're quite wide. We often have one of us sitting in the back with the kids on longer trips.
Thanks

Two Outboard Prince Lionheart Seat Protectors
I don't have any experience with two of the Prince Lionheart seat protectors, but at a guess, I wouldn't be optimistic about being very comfortable sitting the middle of your proposed configuration.

If you have two (2) car seats on both sides so YES the center seat will be tight. Prince Lionheart seat protector is wide but you can always slide it to either the left or the right side (carseat does not need to be in the CENTER of the mat). It is a good protector and it only costs about $20 on Amazon.
