I have a noise from rear on bumpy road - RX 350 2010 model.
milage is 10 000 miles. the noise start recently... untill 6000 miles there was no noise at all. is it coming from suspension? from time to time it is getting too annoying ((

is it like a squeak? my rear suspension started squeaking at 10k miles. im at 20k and lexus still has not fixed it for me yet. some members have had their dealer replace the shock with success my dealer however is reluctant to change it out and since lexus customer satisfaction has opened a complaint for me at this dealer i cannot go anywhere else to get it fixed until lexus officially releases a tsb for it.

my rx is probaby the worse quality rx out there with my various squeaks and rattles and fit and finish issues. im so disappointed in this vehicle but since i bought it new i would too much selling it used.

I have the same problem...seems like it started after 5000 miles...when I go over a road intersection, where the pavement is uneven...I hear an extra rattle/rubbing noise..took it in once and they rearranged the spare...still hear that noise...speed bumps rarely create the same noise...It may be my imagination...but it comes and goes...seems l like I hear it with a full tank of gas more often....doesn't seem like it's coming from inside the cabin

haven't found any other complaints on this so it must be rare. If I had to guess it sounds like a hard wire or something loose rubbing on sheet metal?..I have taken out the rear cover and nothing seems loose. Whatever it is ...it is addtional to the normal shocking/springing action of the rear end...I started thinking I was hearing things because noone else complained of this issue

After several days...my problem has been fixed...after repositioning the gas tank and the protective shield..the noise has been abated.
