Hello everyone,
I drive the high end Trim ( EXECUTIVE) RX 450h in France since Jan 2017.
I have had many issues on this car since... noises never imagined hearing on Lexus!!

Can you listen ( and watch :-)) and tell me if you can do better than may dealer in finding the origin?

I have a 2016 RX350. I had a creaking noise kinda like that on your second video. I didn't get it resolved with my dealer but finally figured out that it was the rear cargo tonneau cover. Try adjusting that and see if the squeak changes.

Merci!
But I should have mentioned that the noise comes from the front and we can also hear it from the outside of the car...

This is not normal. Bring it to another dealership if you can. The part of the suspension or something is broken. The RX450h should give you none of these noises. Good luck
