Aftermarket Radio install NON-ML NON-NAV
My wife has a 2004 RX330, non-nav/non-ML - she'd love to install an aftermarket nav system. I've done this in most of my previous vehicles, and have the headunit, but it sounds like it's a giant pain the RX.
I was under the impression there were only 2 factory units - ML and non-ML. Is there a 3rd that's not amplified at all that works with the cheaper beatsonic kit? If that's the case how can I identify?
There are no ML markings on mine anywhere, so I know it's not that - but there are also no "Lexus Premium Sound" or other markings on it either.
The Beatsonic kit is out if I have an amplified head unit - I'm not going to spend more on the kit than I did on the headunit.
Can I get the Metra dash kit and the TYTO-01 and be good with just that if it is amplified?
Thanks in advance for any advice or help!

Literally tons of threads on this. Yes, it can be done.
If you want to use the factory amp, you need ADBOX1. I guess that is if you are NOT using the Beatsonic, which guys here say is plug and play. It's also expensive, but so are the alternatives.
